Position: Senior Residential Asset Management Analyst
We are looking to hire a Senior Residential Asset Management Analyst with approximately 2 years of experience, who is eager to develop their career in a dynamic, high-performance environment with direct exposure to the end-to-end management of real estate assets.
The successful candidate will join the Residential Asset Management team and play an active role in defining and implementing strategies aimed at maximizing the value of the assets under management.
Actively contribute to the management of residential assets by maximizing their value and operational and financial performance through the design, execution, and monitoring of value-creation strategies.
In addition, drive the continuous improvement and automation of the team's processes by leveraging digital tools and artificial intelligence solutions to enhance analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
As part of the Residential Asset Management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing value-creation strategies for assets under management.
Preparing and updating business plans.
Monitoring budgets, analyzing P&L performance, and identifying variances, risks, and opportunities.
Conducting operational, qualitative, and financial performance analyses.
Designing initiatives to improve asset management, quality, and operational efficiency.
Monitoring and controlling CapEx projects.
Researching and analyzing market trends.
Preparing investor reporting and materials for internal committees.
Coordinating with property managers and the company's internal and external advisors.
Monitoring asset performance against market benchmarks and competitors.
Supporting contract negotiations and contract review processes.
Identifying and implementing opportunities to automate processes across the Asset Management function.
Developing and enhancing analytical, monitoring, and reporting tools to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
Applying generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar solutions to support analysis, reporting, presentation preparation, and information processing.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
Previous experience in real estate, asset management, property management, investment management, or real estate consulting.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law & Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in budgeting and business plan analysis.
Strong ability to analyze financial and operational information and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Interest or experience in process automation and workflow optimization.
Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
Ability to use AI tools critically, responsibly, and with a results-oriented mindset.

POSITION: Investment Senior Analyst / Junior Associate – Living Investment Team
MISSION: Support the team throughout all phases of Living investment opportunities (screening, preliminary analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, closing, etc.), while also providing occasional support to the Asset Management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The selected candidate will support the Investment team and collaborate on investment and divestment opportunities across Spain and Southern Europe. Main responsibilities include:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate will support the Hospitality investment area and collaborate on investment opportunities. Main responsibilities will include:
Identifying trends and potential new investment opportunities
Valuing opportunities
Analyzing and monitoring trends across different markets
Preparing financial models
Conducting market research and preparing market studies
Participating in due diligence processes
Analyzing and preparing documentation on proposed investments and preparing presentations for the Board and Investment Committees
Analyzing and closing investment opportunities within Hospitality
Periodic monitoring of the performance of completed investments
Pipeline monitoring
Origination of opportunities through the team’s intermediary network
Participating in the fundraising process for new funds
REQUIREMENTS:
4-7 years of prior professional experience in investment banking, private equity / investment management, strategy consulting, or real estate consulting
Degree in Business Administration, Law and Business Administration, Engineering, or similar
Languages: Spanish and advanced English
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
