POSITION: Senior Investment Associate – PBSA

MISSION:
Actively participate in and/or lead all phases of the investment process, including sourcing opportunities, investment analysis, financial modelling, preparation of investment materials, due diligence, negotiation, and transaction execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identification and sourcing of new investment opportunities

• Analysis and monitoring of market trends

• Preparation of detailed business plans

• Development of complex financial models

• Preparation and analysis of investment documentation and presentation materials for investors and Investment Committees

• Participation in due diligence processes (commercial, financial, legal, and technical)

• Involvement in the negotiation of transaction and contractual documentation

• Support and coordination of transaction closings

• Ongoing monitoring of portfolio performance

• Participation in the fundraising of new vehicles and investment strategies

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or real estate advisory

• Proven experience in the real estate sector

• Degree in Business Administration, Law and Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

• Fluent Spanish and advanced English

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

MISSION:
Support the team throughout all phases of the investment process within Hospitaltiy (screening, preliminary analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, closing, etc.).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate will support the Hospitality investment area and collaborate on investment opportunities. Main responsibilities will include:

• Identifying trends and potential new investment opportunities

• Valuing opportunities

• Analyzing and monitoring trends across different markets

• Preparing financial models

• Conducting market research and preparing market studies

• Participating in due diligence processes

• Analyzing and preparing documentation on proposed investments and preparing presentations for the Board and Investment Committees

• Analyzing and closing investment opportunities within Hospitality

• Periodic monitoring of the performance of completed investments

• Pipeline monitoring

• Origination of opportunities through the team’s intermediary network

• Participating in the fundraising process for new funds

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-7 years of prior professional experience in investment banking, private equity / investment management, strategy consulting, or real estate consulting

• Degree in Business Administration, Law and Business Administration, Engineering, or similar

• Languages: Spanish and advanced English

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

• Financial modelling skills
