POSITION: Treasury and Financing Control Manager - Residential Area

FUNCTIONS: The selected person will be part of the Finance Department and will mainly perform the following functions:

- Preparation of financial and treasury information reports both for internal use and for reporting to third parties.
- Control of balances and preparation of cash flow forecasts for the managed companies.
- Interlocution with the different financial entities with which the managed companies work.
- Negotiation and contracting of banking products such as current accounts, collection management lines, IPFs, guarantee lines, bank transfers, etc.
- Assistance to the Financial Management in the financing processes of the managed companies.
- Assistance in investment processes, financing arrangements, obtaining guarantees, communication with Notaries and advisors, etc.
- Assistance in the processes of disinvestment, cancellations of financing, communication with Notaries and advisors, etc.
- Monitoring and control of the ongoing financing of the managed companies, rate reviews, review of settlements and resolution of incidents.
- Monitoring, control and reporting of all obligations arising from financing contracts, including compliance with covenants and certification of ratios.
- Assistance in the renewal of financial products and renewal of guarantees of existing financing.
- Oversight of accounting closings related to treasury and financing.
- Assistance in audits related to treasury and financing.
- Review of the correct accounting of hedging products associated with financing.
- Proxy review

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
- Experience of at least 3-4 years in treasury and finance departments.
- Knowledge of treasury systems (SAP highly valued).
- Specific knowledge of the Real Estate sector. Knowledge of the real estate development sector is a plus.
- Spoken and written English, necessary for the elaboration of reports, product contracting and communication with different interlocutors (C1 recommended).
- Extensive knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP system.

Risk Manager

Compliance, Risk Management & Sustainability Team- Madrid Office

MISSION: To assess the various risks that the Group may face on a day-to-day basis, develop plans to avoid them and mitigate their effects should these risks materialize.

FUNCTIONS: The selected person will support the Compliance, Risk Management and Sustainability Unit in Spain. He/she will mainly perform the following functions:

- Develop, implement and evaluate the risk culture in the Group.
- Align and integrate risk management as part of the Group's business strategy.
- Update the Group's risk map, identifying, analyzing, evaluating, prioritizing and reporting the different risks, both internal and external.
- Evaluate the functioning of the Group's risk system, through periodic testing.
- Prepare reporting documentation for Governing Bodies (Internal Committees and Boards of Directors).

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum experience of 4-5 years in internal control departments of "big four", financial institutions, asset management companies or similar regulated entities.
- Graduate in Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar. Training or knowledge of the ISO 31000 standard or other courses in Risk Management.
- Languages: Spanish and English fluent (C1 or similar).
- Advanced knowledge of the Office package: Word, Excel and Power Point.
Knowledge of specific software and technologies for risk management is a plus.

MISSION: Assist and participate with the team in all phases of fundraising and investment (screening, investment analysis, financial modeling, coordination of Due Diligence, negotiation of contractual documentation and execution of operations, etc.).

FUNCTIONS: As a member of the investment team, the selected person will have exposure and participate in all stages of the investment cycle. Mainly:

- Identification and monitoring of trends, markets and potential new investment projects.
- Analysis of opportunities and elaboration of financial models, especially LBO, DCF, sum of parts or multiples analysis, among others.
- Preparation of business plans and elaboration of comparables
