MISSION:
Support the Multistrategy team throughout all stages of the investment process, including screening, investment analysis, financial modelling, Due Diligence, negotiation and transaction closing, among others.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate will support the Investment team and collaborate on investment opportunities in Spain. The main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying market trends and potential new investment opportunities
- Analysing and monitoring trends across different markets
- Preparing business plans
- Developing financial models

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a member of the Investment Team, the selected candidate will gain exposure to and participate in all stages of the investment cycle, primarily supporting the Hospitality team in the following areas:
- Supporting fundraising processes
- Identifying market trends and potential new investment opportunities
- Monitoring the investment pipeline
- Analysing information and conducting market research
- Preparing comparable company and transaction analyses
- Developing financial models to assess the feasibility of potential investments, including LBO, DCF, sum-of-the-parts and multiples analyses, among others

We are looking to hire a Senior Residential Asset Management Analyst with approximately 2 years of experience, who is eager to develop their career in a dynamic, high-performance environment with direct exposure to the end-to-end management of real estate assets.
The successful candidate will join the Residential Asset Management team and play an active role in defining and implementing strategies aimed at maximizing the value of the assets under management.
Mission
Actively contribute to the management of residential assets by maximizing their value and operational and financial performance through the design, execution, and monitoring of value-creation strategies.
