Position: Senior Residential Asset Management Analyst
We are looking to hire a Senior Residential Asset Management Analyst with approximately 2 years of experience, who is eager to develop their career in a dynamic, high-performance environment with direct exposure to the end-to-end management of real estate assets.
The successful candidate will join the Residential Asset Management team and play an active role in defining and implementing strategies aimed at maximizing the value of the assets under management.
Mission
Actively contribute to the management of residential assets by maximizing their value and operational and financial performance through the design, execution, and monitoring of value-creation strategies.
In addition, drive the continuous improvement and automation of the team's processes by leveraging digital tools and artificial intelligence solutions to enhance analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Residential Asset Management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.

Previous experience in real estate, asset management, property management, investment management, or real estate consulting.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law & Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Fluent in both Spanish and English.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

POSITION: Investment Senior Analyst / Junior Associate – Living Investment Team
MISSION: Support the team throughout all phases of Living investment opportunities (screening, preliminary analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, closing, etc.), while also providing occasional support to the Asset Management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The selected candidate will support the Investment team and collaborate on investment and divestment opportunities across Spain and Southern Europe. Main responsibilities include:
- Identifying market trends and potential new investment opportunities.
- Assessing opportunities across various asset classes, including Build-to-Rent (BTR), Build-to-Sell (BTS), Flex Living, and others.
- Analysing and monitoring market trends across different sectors and product types.
- Developing and maintaining financial models.
- Preparing market research and feasibility studies.
- Participating in due diligence processes.
- Analysing investments and preparing investment memoranda, presentations, and documentation for the Board and Investment Committees.
- Analysing and executing investment opportunities within the Multistrategy platform.
- Monitoring the performance and evolution of completed investments.
- Managing and tracking the investment pipeline.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3 years of previous professional experience in investment banking, private equity / investment management, strategy consulting, or real estate advisory.
