POSITION: We are seeking to add an Analyst to the Infrastructure Private Equity investment team.
MISSION: Support the team across all stages of the investment process (screening, preliminary analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, closing, portfolio management, etc.) for investments carried out by the Infrastructure Private Equity fund.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market screening and analysis: identifying trends, emerging sectors, and new investment opportunities.
- Company valuation using recognized methodologies (DCF, DCFE, multiples, SOTP, etc.).
- Development of detailed financial models across sectors such as energy transition, digital infrastructure, and urban / social infrastructure.
- Support in Due Diligence processes (commercial, technical, financial, and legal).
- Preparation of materials for Investment Committees.
- Monitoring performance and KPIs of portfolio companies, supporting financial and strategic oversight of active investments.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 - 2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or Big4 transaction services.
- High level of English (C1).
- Experience in financial analysis and modelling, corporate finance, M&A, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

MISSION:
Actively participate in and/or lead all phases of the investment process, including sourcing opportunities, investment analysis, financial modelling, preparation of investment materials, due diligence, negotiation, and transaction execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
