Azora announces the listing of MilePro on BME Growth

Madrid, May 24, 2023 – MilePro Logística Última Milla SOCIMI, S.A. ("MilePro"), a logistics REIT specializing in last mile logistics, will start trading on the BME Growth on May 26, 2023. The listing will take place within 2 years of the company's admission to the REIT regime, in 2021. MilePro starts trading under the ticker 'YMIL' and with a price of €26 per share.
MilePro, which was formed in 2021 between Azora and Indosuez Wealth Management, is focused on consolidating a portfolio of high-quality logistics assets in terms of locations, construction and operational qualities, and tenant strength.
The company already has a total of 4 operating assets located in Madrid, Barcelona, and Seville, with 100% occupancy. Its tenants include companies such as Dachser, Palibex, and the Froiz food group. In addition, it has a finalist plot, also located in the first crown of Madrid, where it plans to develop a 12,081 m² project designed under the highest quality standards, and with a firm commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability, as it will have a BREEAM® Excellent certification.
